Marne was very friendly and on top of giving me updates. I felt like everything was explained clearly throughout the process. As for time I was very impressed with how speedy the repair was done. Color matching and the fading in on the bumper to original paint was done great. It is unfortunate my antenna was broken during this process but Marne was very quick to look into if it happened at the shop, which it did. Currently waiting on hearing back after y'all work on getting a replacement.

Wouldn’t do it for how much it costs for car repairs nowadays this is ridiculous. Almost $2,000 and all they did was sensor in which I could’ve done myself and a repaint on my front bumper. In which is also gonna have to be replaced so that was a waste of time and money. I know I definitely won’t be back and for sure won’t be recommending anyone to go there after the service I received.

Completely dissatisfied as it’s been 4 months since the accident. And they had my car for a week to then do nothing to it. Super frustrating and super disappointed that they tried to then blame it on a previous accident. Super unprofessional as you would think the amount of money you spend on repairs it would look exactly how it did from day one.

All the staff were great! Marne kept me up to date on the progress of repairs, and the parts manager, Brad Hiscocks, went above and beyond working to get parts during a time when that is a tough task. Very satisfied customer!

I am to bring the car back in since the door hinge was not tightened to BMW specifications. It squeaked a bit from the beginning but I let that go. If I had my toolbox with me, I would fix it myself. But it is getting looser with every occurrence of what this subset of BMW product’s duty is to do.

Caliber Collision took of every aspect from start to finish. The car rental was handled shortly after drop off of my car. Gave me automatic updates on the progress of the repair. A solid 10. They even washed my car which was pretty dirty. Thank you Caliber Collosion.
