The experience was great!!!! They worked with me and my schedule and was courteous and kind throughout the whole process. Even when I ignored them and constantly didn’t answer my phone, they still found a way to schedule me in with my busy schedule. They gave me reminders and were respectful throughout the whole process. Thank You All that helped with me getting my car fixed.

Repairs and Customer Service were excellent. HOWEVER, the final bill was nearly DOUBLE what the original estimate was. I find this specious and unacceptable! Yes, Insurance paid for the repairs, but that much of an increase should be looked into and explained.
