Generally all good, quality work, good communication. A small hiccup in communication was getting a text saying my car was almost finished and would be ready soon, and then when I responded, hearing back that it wouldn’t be ready until 8-9 days later. Lorenzo called and explained the delay, and seemed surprised I was told it would ready sooner. Maybe some of the texts are automatically generated, if they are I would say don’t use that system, have a human communicate instead.
