I was happy with the overall experience. Each person was always trying to do their best and helping the the customer as much as they could. Justin explained everything clearly for me on the various charges and made me feel comfortable on the splitouts for me and my auto insurance (there were places needing repairs that were not part of the claim. )

Thanks for washing the car, it looks great! The only feedback I have is I would have liked a phone call to update me on the status once a realistic repair window was known or an update on the extent of the damage. But otherwise the experience was great
