Good work overall but the color on my repaired bumper doesn't quite match the rest of the car. Also, there's a mark on the inside of the rear passenger window that I thought was grease pencil but now I see it's not and I can't remove it

Despite the miss (supposed to trim the bumper to make tires clear it like the original bumper), the team dutifully owned it, rectified it and even kindly filled my tank for the trouble. That’s how to deal with mistakes and make the customer even happier than if it was just done as expected first time. Thanks !
