I was able to get an appointment for an estimate the next day. Brought my car in the following day and the shop began working on my car. They kept me informed on the progress and got my car repaired in about a week. The staff at the shop were helpful and friendly.

The repairs were done adequately however, a bunch of loose change was stolen out of my son‘s car. I’ve read several reviews where people claim money was taken out of the car, even money that was hidden in a secret spot.

First off, I want to give a huge thanks to the Caliber team and David Leyva. They were attentive throughout the whole process and kept me updated every step of the way. When I went to pick up my car, I checked everything over before taking it, and the repair work was absolutely flawless it felt like I was picking up a brand-new car straight from the dealership! Yall cleaned my car super well and my bumper looks excellent. My only feedback is that I didn’t receive any communication about what my car needed until my car was ready for pick up and I specifically asked if they had found any internal damage.
