First off, I want to give a huge thanks to the Caliber team and David Leyva. They were attentive throughout the whole process and kept me updated every step of the way. When I went to pick up my car, I checked everything over before taking it, and the repair work was absolutely flawless it felt like I was picking up a brand-new car straight from the dealership! Yall cleaned my car super well and my bumper looks excellent. My only feedback is that I didn’t receive any communication about what my car needed until my car was ready for pick up and I specifically asked if they had found any internal damage.

The customer service is amazing. Alfredo is nice and aims to please. I told him I would not be getting a rental, and while that is not his problem at all, he made sure that i would have to leave my car overnight. He also offered to drive my car to me after the work was completed. This is above and beyond what i expect. Very impressive and I truly appreciate it.
