Everyone at Caliber Collision was very helpful. They did an excellent job fixing my car and they really lived up their slogan of restoring the rhythm of my life. They kept me updated about what was happening to my car, so which meant I wasn't worried. And they went above and beyond and got my car fixed much faster than I expected.

Ben tried to 'Up Sell' me on making additional repairs that I didn't need, his logic was that, your insurance will pay. So now, my Premiums will increase, that's sad, my pocket gets less, Caliber gets more!

Actual repair guys did great work and car looked terrific. The notation on billing was disingenuous, as No outside work was done. The digital process was a computer program that's 'in house'.
