I took my car to this repair shop less than two weeks ago after an accident and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my vehicle and what needed to be done. My car insurance agent was also very helpful and patient. I appreciate their honestly and professionalism. Alex (Cuban) was the one who helped me with the repairs. I’m very satisfied with his work. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, didn’t put any pressure on me and my decision making. My car was fixed quickly - definitely sooner than I expected. Thank you very much guys. I’m very happy with the result.

The repairs were done incredibly quickly, I was kept informed often on the progress , my car was fixed very rapidly and they had washed it before I picked it up! The customer service team is outstanding. I hope I don't have to use their services again but I would highly recommend Caliber collision.
