Due to another car sideswiping my car on the other side of the one side we just had done by Caliber we contacted Benjamin. He again went above and beyond to help us and explain what needed to be done. He kept us updated on the progress of the work. I’m sure all of your employees are the best but Benjamin is one step above them all. I hope Caliber knows what a great employee they have in Benjamin. Thank you again for the great customer service.

We were extremely pleased with the customer service from our initial contact as we dropoed our car off, the communication via phone calls and text messages from Ben who was assigned to handle the insurance claim for repairs and then the pick up where Ben reviewed the repairs and we saw first hand the quality of workmanship from Caliber Collision. This the short version... After an estimate in El Cajon, your corporate scheduler and I made an appointment. I asked if I could drop my vehicle off easrly... the Scheduler said no problem... I arrived at your El Cajon location. Upon arrival to your El Cajon location I was informed I had no appointment on the schedule. I had a ridewaiting. We made an appointment the following day. The El Cao. Office refused to take my vehicle in before the appojntment. In the past i have had great experiences with your La Mesa shop. I called them. They said bring it in... They were courteous and professional. My vehicle was done within 2 days mmediately called to schedule an appointment
