Good evening, First off, I'd like to thank you for getting my car back in time for my trip. I really appreciate that. Second, please send my thank you to the paint department. They did a phenomenal job!! However there are still a few issues. My forward collision alert system, and well as my Lane Keep Assist are both disabled. There are usually two icons, one for each, right underneath my mileage. Both icons have not shown up since I picked up my car. Lastly, on the driver's door, there are supposed to be letters that spell "EQUINOX" and those are missing. How can we go about getting these issues resolved? I'll be out of town until the 16th. I hope you have a great 4th and hope to hear from you soon!

I appreciated the pick up to caliber in order to get car as well as drop off when we left car for repair. Everyone was courteous and explained what needed to be done for repair and kept us updated on progress of repair. The waiting room was comfortable . I appreciated the ride provided after dropping off car as well as pick up so I could pick up car. It was a positive experience As a customer. Everyone was friendly and helpful,

After 3 attempted repairs of a simple fender and bumper damage accident, at 2 different Caliber Shops, joints don’t line up, paint is thin on the edges, wasted efforts to resolve, etc, etc!
