My Camry looks great except for some new scratches that appeared on the passenger side and near both side mirrors. Also, communication was a bit sketchy -- email system that wasn't working and then no phone calls as a back up. Someone marked my deductible waived which wasn't the case. As for the people I met -- they were all helpful and extremely courteous.
