La Mesa branch excellent!! National city branch female receptionists GREAT except for a man (unknown) who answered the phone day after and when I asked if I could get the phone # to the La Mesa Branch he replied look in our website you'll find it there and hung up.

David was amazing. He kept me well updated about the progress with my vehicle and was kind when answering my questions about the damages to my vehicle. Everyone was so kind and personable. When I went to go pick up my car David was nice enough to show me what had been repaired and went over the invoice with me. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. :)

Service was pretty good but maybe could have cleaned up vehicle a little bit better back window and side ones where smeared and dirty like it had been wiped down with dirty rag other than that job came out pretty good thx.

One section of the bumper and wheel was fixed and looks great, Caliber did not fix one more crack in the bumper and I need to take my car back to get that fixed.

It was fine. They did not go into to great detail as far as what was done. I asked Caliber to check my rear wheel axle area because after I was hit I was hearing a loud noise.

The front bumper has a lip that the original bumper did not. It doesn't look right. The connection for the charge pipe was not even tightened. The charge pipe was half off when I picked it up. It was building only 3 psi boost, when normally it boosts to 15-18 psi. I looked at the charge pipe when I got to work and noticed it was not making a seal. I had to correct it in the parking lot at work. I did not appreciate the obvious lack of attention to detail I encountered with this shop, especially for the amount of money involved.
