The only occasions I take time to respond to surveys is when I'm either completely dissatisfied, or very satisfied. I have looked forward to this survey, to recognize the complete satisfaction I have with Caliber Collision, La Mesa. The moment I first made contact to book my appointment over the phone I felt as though I was in good hands. The friendly woman who greeted me when I arrived to drop off my car, was expeditious with my initial paperwork and I was not required to wait for more than a few minutes until I was introduced to my "personal mechanic", Jay. My expectations for car repair were completely blow away by the ongoing customer service and professionalism I received from Jay over the 2 week period. Jay called every few days just to check-in and give me a status update. After one call, Jay would tell me that he would call me again in 3 days at 3:30 p.m, and he did exactly that. Not only did he impress me by his knowledge, he was able to deliver me the information and updates I needed to know in laymen terms. For the first time in my life as a car owner, I truly felt at ease, and willing to have complete faith and trust in the service of my car.

Very friendly, very professional and pleasant. Lisa had everything ready for me when I came in, and Jay pulled my car around, even turned on the air. He spent time explaining everything to me, was very patient and addressed all my questions.
