As long as it is the La Mesa location I will recommend Caliber. If it is the Spring valley location I will tell them to run as fast as they can.

I’m a completely satisfied with experience at this location of Caliber Collision. Ben has exceptional customer care skills. He was always in touch with me giving me updates and continually made me feel well cared for. He is truly a valuable asset to your company. Thank Ben for all that you did! I have to tell you, I was very nervous coming to Caliber Collision. My husband was in an accident and took his truck to Caliber Collision in Spring Valley area. He had a much different experience. He was sandwiched in his accident cause damage to front and back ends of his vehicle. That location caused more trouble to his vehicle than they did fixing it. Customer care was nonexistent. They caused a huge electrical problem. They did not replace his Sway bar on his front end. This could have cause greater damage to his truck and possible injury to him. Thinking it was the alignment he took it to get aligned and they showed him what was going on. So he paid for an alignment that could not be done and now has to get his sway bar placed He refuses to go back to that location. I tried to get him to go talk to you guys (la Mesa) because he should not be paying for any of this but he refuses to go to any location now. Makes both of us concerned about all of the work that was done there. This is in no way a reflection of your location. La Mesa team is phenomenal and I thank you all for taking great care of me. Friendly but when brought the issue to their attention it wasn't a let's find the reason. It was we will help but if not from accident you will be responsible. When they were told the noise was coming from the side of the vehicle they repaired

Alex went up also above. Kept me informed throughout the whole process. I love that my car was fully detailed from inside the car also outside. A scratch that was in my bumper they had removed for free. A little ding on my truck they had also removed.

The entire team did an amazing job repairing my vehicle, it truly looks brand new again. I’ve always been pleased with Calibers work but the lack of response to the problems I’ve mentioned definitely makes me second guess using calibers in the future.

As I mentioned the exterior looks great but there is a new problem with the internal workings of my driver side door and safety sensors aren’t working properly.

Communication during repair was good and the exterior of my car looked beautiful when I picked my car up. However once I left, there is a problem with my driver side door speaker and piece is broken around the window. Also my safety sensors (which I was charged $1000 for calibration) are not working properly. They go off any time the car comes to a stop. After reporting all of this to my contact, I’ve still not received any news on how these things will be handled. Very disappointing.
