I’ve always been pleased with Calibers work but the lack of response to the problems I’ve mentioned definitely makes me second guess using calibers in the future.

As I mentioned the exterior looks great but there is a new problem with the internal workings of my driver side door and safety sensors aren’t working properly.

Communication during repair was good and the exterior of my car looked beautiful when I picked my car up. However once I left, there is a problem with my driver side door speaker and piece is broken around the window. Also my safety sensors (which I was charged $1000 for calibration) are not working properly. They go off any time the car comes to a stop. After reporting all of this to my contact, I’ve still not received any news on how these things will be handled. Very disappointing.

My experience with Caliber Collision was fantastic. David communicated consistently, and made the situation of someone breaking into my vehicle from stressful, to confidence, knowing that my truck was taken care of. My expectations was my vehicle will be repaired, and David exceeded that. If he is not already put up for a raise, please make that happen. He needs to be kept around.

I normally don’t do reviews but it being my first time having to leave my car at a collision place I was impressed, Alejandro was on point to keeping me updated and the repairs were done really fast I didn’t even want the car back haha I didn’t even get to enjoy the rental! Hopefully I don’t get to no accidents but if “knock on wood” if it would to happend Caliber is where I’m going to 💯
