Caliber Colission was very professional, made me feel like I was the only customer. Gave great service to the customers being helped. James gave me reports on my car every couple of days, reassuring me everything was on schedule. Very clean welcoming office and very friendly staff. When I picked up my car, it looked great, I didn't notice anything wrong with the repairs. I would use them again hands down

Overall good. However, there was a lot of dust inside the vehicle on the back seat and the very back inside under the hatch. Other than that everything was fine.

The inside of the vehicle was left with dust all over the seats and trunk space and dirty handprints on the backseat. There was delays with wrong parts ordered, then shipped to the wrong place, broken parts, etc. This is not the first experience with the same thing occuring at the same repair shop. Otherwise, the experience was good with great communication from James.
