I have been consistently disappointed in my service experience with Caliber Collision. On this particular repair, the communication was poor from the start. I waited over a week for my appointment and the day I was scheduled for a quote. It never happened and I had to call for the follow-up at the end of the day, only to be told "take it somewhere else". My keys were lost, Noone ever answered the phone, and even when the car was finally completed, (nearly a month later) I still only received an email notice. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle screws were missing panels were not properly attached. Seriously question the quality of every repair from here and will never return or recommend ANY Caliber Collision center.
