Customer Service and the speed with which the work was done was great. But where the bumper meets the rear fender is quite aligned properly. Also, I have had a slow leak in my rear passenger side tire since I.picked it up from the shop. I can't say with 100% certainty this happened at Caliber, but I have never had an issue with that tire before. And this is the area of the car that they were working on. So I do assume it happened at Caliber.

I was very pleased with the entire process, from the time I dropped off the car, to the day I picked it up! The staff were professional and very pleasant. I appreciated the daily progress updates. The car was in perfect condition! The staff here made an understanding peasant situation easier to deal with. I will certainly recommend Caliber! Thanks for taking great care of my car!!

I am almost totally satisfied. There is like a cut on the car on the passenger side that wasn't there before. I'm not sure what happened. I picked the car up at close on Friday and with the weather being icky this weekend I didn't return to the shop. Other than that my car, Mckenzie, is beautiful. Great job

They were great but I parked my car in the garage and Sunday around 5 pm I had a flat tire. It wasn’t flat when I dropped it off so I have a feeling that something (a screw) was ran over at the shop but other than that it was a great experience.
