Scott handled the claim about my car and just like last time he and the whole team were super professional and made a stressful situation a more pleasant one. I had an issue with my car a year back and went to you guys and everything was perfect again this time around. Mike and the team did an amazing job with the repair of my car. They even finished one week before the estimated completion time of repair! I was constantly provided with updates. He went above and beyond! The young lady at the front desk was also welcoming, professional and efficient. Unfortunately, due to a car accident and another incident through no fault of my own, I have visited the Caliber Collision family twice within the last three months. I must say I was completely satisfied with both repairs. I must also say that I would much rather see you guys in the grocery store😁.

I had dropped my keys to my rental and ripped my hand open trying to get them out. two of the estimators went out without being ask and retrieved them for me and the nice lady behind the service desk got me some paper towels to stop the bleeding. All this b4 ever finding out why I was there. That's customer service in this old mans book.
