My vehicle was your facility for over 3 weeks. Not what I was told when I dropped it off. The was a calamity of excuses during my wait. Throughout my wait, I was left totally in the dark about the progress with the repairs. I had to call my insurance company asking them to intervene on my behalf. There was no immediate response to them. It was not until the next day until they heard from the facility. I even called once and did not receive a call back. On top of all this, my cab and tailgate is not functioning the way it was when I dropped it off. Just to tell you this is a 2021 truck (brand new). I made a BIG mistake trusting caliber with my vehicle. I will never use caliber for any repair work, and will not recommend you facility to anyone. Very poor customer service.
