My car was damaged while in caliber collisions shop. There were several scratches down the side of my vehicle that were not previously there. They took off my air cover and a/c caps and did not put them back on. They repaired my sliding back door incorrectly and i had to bring it back to get it fixed right. They damaged the inside of my vehicle . The paint that was applied did not match and has dirt, rivets, and chips in it. They peeled paint off my car by pressure washing it too hard . unsatisfactory

Misread the first question. We were told the car would be ready by Wednesday originally. Then I was told Thursday or Friday. Thursday night I was told it was going in did final painting and I would be called at about lunch on Friday. I call Friday at 3:45 and was told it has a couple of parts that need to be put back on. It might be done that evening. They are closed over the weekend. Monday I find that they are waiting for a part (it’s going backward!). Fondly, I’m told it’s ready on Thursday and I pick it up Thursday afternoon.

Please cut down on the amount of time you have cars. For the amount of damage my car had, it took 3 weeks. Appt to see damage, appt to drop car off, wait for parts to be ordered once car dropped off, then wait. I was told 2 different times one verbally then another via text. Thankfully I have rental car insurance, but not everyone does.
