It took a little longer than originally expected, due to unexpected circumstances with parts and I had to come back for a non functional turn signal. But all things considered the car looks great and Mike was very transparent with whatever was going on. I am overall pleased!

The customer service I received from Caliber Collision was definitely a 10/10!!! Scott was over my car and he did a wonder job communicating with me during the whole process. I recently had my vehicle repaired at the Caliber Collision location on Ladson Rd, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, Service Advisor Mike Ombres and the entire team treated me with professionalism and genuine care. Having just gone through an accident and being without my personal vehicle, I was feeling overwhelmed, but they didn’t just treat me like another customer. They treated me like a person. They truly understood what I was going through and made the entire process less stressful. Mike went above and beyond by helping me coordinate with the rental company for temporary transportation and kept me consistently updated on the status of my repairs. That kind of service and empathy made all the difference. Thank you to Mike and the team at Caliber Collision – Ladson Rd. You turned a difficult situation into a much smoother experience.
