Communication between my service person was horrible. I had to always initiate to figure out how the repair was going. When I called and left a message with the secretary at the desk to have him call me he NEVER called back

The estimator whose name is Victor NEVER got back to me after a week my car was in their shop for an update. When I called to get an update Victor was not at his desk so I asked the secretary at the front desk to please have him call me back. He never called back! Finally two days later when I called again about the status of my car I got a hold of Victor. He said the car would probably be done the following day. I asked him to please call me back one way or the other. He never called me back.

As I explained they are not service oriented. No communication unless you call them few times.

As we were driving to get gas, a panel on the left side beneath the steering wheel suddenly fell off inside the car. I had to stop and figure out what had happened, then search online to learn how to put it back in place. The car also had to be rushed for repairs due to staffing shortages. On top of that, the pickup date was changed at the last minute, delaying it by three days, and the pickup time was also changed at the last minute to an hour later. Overall, the experience with this place was not smooth. I had to call multiple times just to get updates, and the lack of communication made the entire process frustrating.

Very wonderful company, front desk always awesome. But mostly Victor our adjuster Etc was always available to take our call. He worked hard to find a part that was nearly impossible to find. Great guy great company thank you. Car looks wonderful

It was exceptional service and I appreciate all was done to fix my car! Victor and others were patient and answered all my questions. I appreciated that my car was delivered to me. Such nice people and very professional! Definitely a job well done. :)

The manager really made me feel like my satisfaction was important. The staff was really nice. Repair was completed beyond my expectations. Much better than the other shop. Would come back to this location again if I need repairs.
