The body shop did an outstanding job even correcting an incomplete job from another Caliber collision from years back. My car came back looking brand new and detailed! Great job and on time!

There is only one issue that I just noticed today in the daylight as I was getting into my car to drive to Thanksgiving, and that is there is an unfinished connection hanging down from the top of my tailgate. So I will be back in on Friday the 28th for you guys to finish that up.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Caliber Collision. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Corissa, the office manager, greeted me warmly that morning and walked me through every step of the process. She took care of everything and made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Sandra gave me my first estimate, and she was so informative, polite, and reassuring — she really helped put me at ease during a difficult time. Victor was amazing throughout the entire repair. He kept me updated the whole way, answered all my questions, and made sure I always knew what was going on with my car. His communication and kindness meant so much. They also helped me with my rental car, which made everything easier. I felt informed, supported, and cared for from start to finish. And the work they did on my car was excellent. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I’m very grateful and highly recommend Caliber Collision!
