On top of the everything, while I was waiting for my car during the second visit, I observed the owner driving customer cars in an aggressive manner. The tires of a white Mercedes broke loose while moving the car to the curb in front of the shop.

I had a very simple job. The shop replaced the damaged part with another damaged part and did not tell me about the problem after I left the car at the facility all day.
