I love Caliber Collision. They took all the stress out of having my car repaired. Corissa at the front desk was so friendly & helpful. She was so patient & really simplified the paperwork. Corissa also arranged for Enterprise to pick me up & drive me to the rental lot & arranged it so that Enterprise would return the car rental for me. Rob handled my estimate & wow, what a great guy to have help me. Rob explained everything so well, made sure I received constant updates so I knew what stage my car was at during the repair process. Rob's friendliness & desire to genuinely help was really noticeable & I want to thank him personally for his help & I loved how the repair turned out. Rob made sure my repair was done to the highest quality standards. Thanks Rob & Corissa. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for auto body work.

I am so impressed with the care and attention given me during the repair of my Genesis. I received updates at least once a day. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as courteous. They even completed the work much faster than was expected. My car came back spotless I would recommend Caliber to anyone that needs body work done on their car.

I give Caliber Collision a 10/10 for both their service and customer care. From the very beginning, scheduling an appointment was simple and stress-free. The scheduler was kind, patient, and truly accommodating, which immediately set a positive tone for the entire experience. Rob handled my estimate, and although he is clearly a very busy man, you would never know it by the way he took his time with me. He thoroughly explained the repair process and gave realistic expectations for timing. More importantly, he was kind and genuinely understood how frustrating it can be to be without a vehicle for a period of time, that empathy meant a lot. What made this experience even more meaningful is that all of this took place during the holidays, while I was handling everything on behalf of my grandma and grandpa, who had just undergone cancer surgery and were recovering in the hospital. To make matters worse, the damage was to their brand new car, which made the situation even more emotional and stressful. Caliber Collision handled everything with such grace, patience, and professionalism during an already difficult time for our family. Their customer update system is also fantastic. I really appreciated receiving text updates at just the right intervals not overwhelming, but frequent enough that I never felt the need to chase them down for information. That level of communication builds real trust. Lastly, the woman at the front desk was wonderful, friendly, helpful, and accommodating every time I interacted with her. Overall, Caliber Collision made a stressful situation far easier than expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs.
