Every interaction with your staff was highly professional - from the first phone call with Julia to the last call from Kevin telling me that my car would be ready earlier than plan. Kevin Malloy explained every step clearly and told me AHEAD of time. There no surprises other than letting me know the Outback would be ready four days earlier than expected. Caliber “under-promised and over-delivered” by a wiide margin. That’s a very good thing in my book. By the way, your Enterprise rep (Dimitri ?? not sure of his name) was also really good. My thanks to your entire team. The vehicle is “brand new.”

Service was faster than I expected, communication was excellent with text and verbal on phone with Kevin periodically. Quality of work appears to be impressive, will look closer once weather clears up but have no concerns! My car was cleaned and looks amazing. Really appreciate the above and beyond in a frustrating situation like having my new truck damaged.

There is some leftover white stuff (probably polish) in between cab and truck bed which is difficult to clean off. Quality of repairs were amazing, that’s the only exception but truck was overall cleaner than when it arrived. They are great

This was the easiest car repair I've ever had. The work was complete faster than estimated, great communication during the process, my car looks better than it did before it was hit. All personal contact was friendly and professional, I appreciate that the rental car pick up and return were arranged for me so seamlessly. Could not have had a better experience.

I had a warranty issue from a previous repair which still has not been corrected. I then had to bring my car back after this most recent repair b/c the front bumper was not connected all the way and had compound inside. They had to take the bumper off and repaint a part and then put it back together. Then when I came to pick up my car I drove off and one of my windshield wipers was missing so I turned around and went back, luckily my wiper was in the cowl area and the manager could not figure out how to put it back on! Finally he thought he snapped it into place and after driving 1/2 mile it came off again so I had to pull over in the pouring rain and retrieve it! I then proceeded to drive home with one wiper until I could get home and have my son re-install it! Over all customer service and communication was good but the quality of the repair was poor and I’m still having issues!

The experience was so much better than I was expecting it to be. From the very first call we were treated with respect and a friendly reception. Bob was exceptional at explaining the process and took all of the hassle out of the process for us. I really appreciated the updates each day and was overwhelmed that you delivered the vehicle to us because we were having difficulty finding a good time to pick it up because of my travel schedule. Outstanding job! I hope that I don’t need your services anytime in the near future, but I know where I’m taking my car if I do.
