Kevin was fantastic! Timely and accurate communication. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. One small issue with the front desk when they said they hadn't received the check from the insurance company which was incorrect. I had to drive home from Caliber when I was hoping to pick up my car, search for the check, call insurance to track it, etc.
