Kevin is amazing at providing customer service so this is not a reflection on him. Rather I am just not happy that there is still more misalignment on the reach door that there was before I was rear ended. I understand that alignment is apparently a common problem with some vehicles, but I know for sure it was more aligned before the accident, and feel like there has to be more that could have been done to get it more closely aligned. And, to put things into context…if the damage was on the hood…and the alignment was off as much as the rear door…I don’t believe Caliber would just tell me, “well it’s just a ford thing…you can talk to ford”.

They did a very good job repairing my vehicle the paint job over the body work that was done. Looks very nice. They noticed a small crease in my bumper adjacent to the body damage and instead of just cleaning it up they put a whole brand new bumper on it. I had only had my Pathfinder for about five months and I was parked in a Safeway parking lot and somebody hit the back tailgate. Put a debt in a very difficult spot to repair. They were able to fix it and make it look brand new like it was when it was damaged. I highly recommend caliber collision. I have used them a number of times over the years. Never lacking quality they always did premium work on my vehicles.
