I was truly amazed by the professional staff at the Lawrenceville location. Miss Lisa was awesome and kept me abreast in the entire process of my car repairs. Although we had a little set back (at no fault of Caliber) I am truly pleased with the quality of service that I have received.

I was told it would take 3 days for my minor repairs but when I called to inquire on the forth day was told it would take a week. Fortunately they were able to complete before the weekend on the fifth day. I feel they should have told me up front that is would probably take 5 or 6 days and I would have gone somewhere else for repairs.

I was told it would take 3 days but when I called in day 4 they said it wouldn’t be ready until 4 days later on Monday. That was not acceptable. As it turned out they had it ready on the next day Friday.
