Everyone I dealt with was very considerate, friendly and caring while being completely professional. This experience was exactly what I needed after having an accident. I wanted to note my car was ready the evening before they told me to pick it up, but they waited until the morning because Patrick wanted to see the car in the daylight just to make sure - and fortunately he found just a slight imperfection that may not have been found thus that was then taken care of before I picked it up. Thank you Patrick for your diligence. The repairs were perfect and no one would every know it had been in an accident. Thank you all.

I was given updates every 2-3 days. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable as to what was taking place when I was called. I was able to leave my rental there for pickup, and that helped a lot!!! My car was so dirty, inside and out when I took it to Caliber, and I was just in my third day with the flu. I had plans to take it to have it cleaned after the repairs, but to my surprise, it was cleaned and vacuumed when I got there!!! That was extra special to me.
