We figured you did a job and overlooked the other side, if I were doing paint job on a car, I would do the other side, it was clearly same damage

My car have more problems with them fixing it than the accident. It was driving better after the accident with the exception of the damages. Now I'm hearing sounds that wasn't there before and my steering wheel is still stiff. Caliber has caused more problems than solutions. I'm very unhappy with whatever they did to my car.

The repair is very good but the only disappointing part is that not all OEM parts were used for a 1 year old vehicle, per Liberty Mutual's guidance

Repair was high quality. I personally inspected the car in greater detail once I arrived home and was impressed at the reassembly work in particular. There were subtle details they took into consideration.
