Caliber Collision was professional, very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and the work done was completed to perfection. In addition, my vehicle was clean upon pick up and returned the rental vehicle for us so we would not have to wait and could leave with our newly repaired vehicle quickly. We were so impressed with all the Team, service, professionalism and top of the line customer service Caliber Collision provided. We were extremely satisfied with Caliber Collision. They were very professional, first class customer service (directly dealing with insurance, on the spot customer service every time we called, for estimating, drop off and pick up). They even made sure our vehicle was clean upon pick up and we were truly satisfied and throughly explained the warranty. On top of the they took care of our rental return for us so we would not have to wait and could leave with our newly repaired vehicle right away. We truly appreciate the first class service. repairs and Team at Caliber Collision. This type service is so hard to find and we we use them again - definitely and highly recommend!!

I brought my car in after a car wash collision!! Brandon kept me informed every step of the way! Communicated thoroughly and it was a wonderful experience! The original estimated date for repair was August 19 Brandon and the team completed it August 12 seven days ahead of schedule unfortunately it wasn’t perfect and Brandon noticed and corrected the problem! They had to keep my car one extra day to make sure it was perfect! My man even went out of his way to bring me my car, which I’m sure is not a standard operating procedure, but I am 100% grateful that he was able to do so! I highly recommend this place as Brandon and his team were wonderful! Also wanted to comment on the lady who works. The front was also very helpful and communicated thoroughly as well. Please forgive me for not knowing her name.! if I have anything in the future that needs repair, this place will be exactly where I take it! Thanks for everything you guys excellent experience!!
