Josh was amazing and communicated with me the whole time my vehicle was getting fixed. He even heard me say I broke my ankle, and then mentioned he could just drive it to my home, so I didn’t have to worry about figuring out how to go get it. Thank you so much Josh!

From my son when he picked up the car. “Cynthia is the nicest human ever and really good at her job” I was a bit frustrated with the updates of car being ready March 6 then to receive a text late in the afternoon 2/26 that the car was done. Which immediately stop payment on the rental. This was not enough notice for someone that doesn’t have a schedule that I can just drop and get somewhere before closing with that much notice. I am busy managing very sick patients in multiple hospitals in the area. So to get such short notice and get stuck with a day of rental out of pocket is not necessarily customer friendly
