I would preface any work to not allow them to wash the vehicle after. Fixes to plastic, PDR, paint, all highly recommended.

Front desk is a ghost town every time I entered the store. The initial inspection went great, but after it was very "hands off" with very little communication. Also, the hand wash left surface level scratching all over my hood. Maybe don't use cheap towels on vehicles.
