Shaylene was an amazing help. She kept us updated on the repairs and took care of all the repair paperwork for us. She even returned our rental car so we didn’t have to drive out of our way. I will highly recommend Caliber 1 to others because we have not had such great service at other mechanics/body shops.

Shawn and the entire staff were solid. From the time I first walked in the door with a damaged truck to the time I walked out of the door with a repaired truck, Caliber was on top of it. There was clear and consistent communication as to what was going on with my truck, where they were in the repair process and what the time line was. No guess work, no void of information, just quality customer service. Shawn, along with everyone else at the Leander shop, made the entire process efficient and painless. AND, they washed and vacuumed my ride. Much appreciated. Keep up the strong work. Tell the boss you all need raises.

Shay did a great job of making this experience easy and hassle-free.I loved getting status updates via text message regularly. The only issue I had was I found a new scratch when I received my truck back, but Shay was quick to get it addressed, and I didn't have to argue or fight for her to do something about it. Even with the hiccup I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Caliber Collision.
