Most of my issue did lie with Liberty Mutual, as my car was NOT returned to me in the prior state that it was in before the accident. The very day I was required to go pick it up my car started malfunctioning, making very loud clicking noisies while turning and my car was shaking and jerking and I didnât have any of these issues prior to my vehicle being hit. Iâve had caliber fix my truck before and have NEVER had any issues with the repairs. I am just so disappointed, this is not the result I was expecting at all.

They returned my car to me in an terrible state my vehicle is not even working now. Blaming it on the mileage but my car was working just fine prior to it being hit by their insured,

The Caliber collision at 183a in Leander, TX has been incredible to work with. Shawn was awesome; their alerts were helpful; I really felt like they had my best interest at heart. Had to return to have my turn signal bulb replaced. It was a slight inconvenience but Management told me to come in and they would check it out immediately. He apologized for the bother and I accepted his apology. Donât have a lot of experience in having my vehicle repaired but Caliber performed above expectations. They repaired my vehicle in less time than expectations. I will use you guys again if need arises.I wonât hesitate in recommending Caliber to friends and family.
