My experience with service advisor Brandon Dyer at was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Brandon was professional, welcoming, and extremely thorough in explaining every step of the repair process. He provided detailed information about timelines, expectations, and updates along the way, which made the entire experience much less stressful. I truly appreciated the clear communication and attention to detail throughout the process. Receptionist was quite rude to start with. My call was simply transferred to another person who said my appointment was confirmed for a certain day/time , when I called to let them know I am on my way to the shop, she said she doesn’t find any appointment for my car repair and simply hung up the phone. I had to lose a work day due to this situation. When I called again along with insurance agent being on phone, she wasn’t even prepared to listen to me and kept on arguing on the phone but finally decided to take my details and gave me the appointment. After finishing the repair, when I went to pick up my car, I was kept waiting for more than 1 hour because they simply lost the keys of the car and went searching for them. Such a ridiculous place to do business with. If I had a Zero rating, I would rather rate them 0. I wish no insurance company gives them business because they simply don’t know how to talk to customers and run a business .

The plastic replacement on the fender looks bad and should’ve been looked at before I picked up the vehicle. I’m waiting to hear when the OEM part will be in so it can be replaced.
