The turnaround time was absolutely magnificent. However, the lens plot on the new taillight is red, while the existing taillight lens is clear, so they don’t match.

As I mentioned in the previous section, there was a slight mismatch in the color of the protective lens on my replacement taillight. Once I contacted Brandon, he had a replacement ready to install in two days.

I have not received and update on my car after having to return it for more repairs that wasnt done on the first drop off. I was told the insurance company would not cover the damages. After calling the insurance company. They requested me to bring my car back to complete the repairs. What an eight pants, when I explained to the technician on the first drop off. When I came to pick up my care no one explain to me that the insurance company would not cover charges. Before I picked up my car, the back and forth could have been avoided. I really think the communication should be better.

I’m really surprised at the difference in repainted area. It’s textured and not smooth looking. Very distinguishable from the rest of the car. I’m also surprised at the condition I receive the car back in. The interior was covered in what I assume is dust from sanding or paint prepping. I got it back and it was immensely worse inside than when dropped off. I’m surprised that some level of care isn’t taken before returning vehicles to customers. I’m not expecting a full detail, but literally every surface on the interior of my car looked like someone was sanding inside of it.

Everyone we met with was very nice and professional from check in to check out. They were all very patient and answered any questions we had. We were always kept informed on the progress of our repairs. When the repair was done, our car was brought in the garage, so we didn’t have to stand in the rain as the repairs were explained to us.

I have been interacting with Michael on my repair and would like to let you know that you need to be a good listener and understand what a person has to go through when a person meets with an accident, GEICO was supposed to cover all the expenses for the repair but Michael for no reason went and created confusion on the scratches and spent a lot of my time talking and explaining to GEICO which I would like him to stop doing for future customers.. I won’t be visiting to Calliber Collision for any of my future needs who go above and beyond to ensure that the customers go through the problems with dealing with the insurance.. lesson learnt and will keep this in mind to avoid Calliber Collision for all my and my friends needs as well.. it’s a big NO NO for me..

The only negative I have is that the original completion date for my vehicle was missed, and nobody let me know about that. No one followed up with me when my service contact was out of the office for an emergency. I was only able to find out at the end of the day Friday when I called the office and spoke to someone there. My completion date was pushed out a week, but was revised the following Monday to be completed that same day. Very inconvenient and seems like it was not managed well.
