1) vehicle rear bumper wasn’t fully seated , had to return to get it checked out. It fixed and taken cared by Brandon. Recommend Caliber to implement a protocol to take before pictures to ensure the vehicle is able to restore. I know I will be taking picture before dropping off at Caliber. Nothing negative to Brandon, super helpful and professional. Even apologizes for issues that was not caused by him (see second point). 2) Caliber need to ensure that vehicle are ready for pickup, from both inside and outside. The vehicle was returned covered in dust, both in and outside. It’s already a hassle to have to go through the accident and repair process, let’s not try to addition headache/work, please. For my case, the interior 2nd and 3rd rows are covered in dusts! ( I have pictures upon request ). Bring windy outside, I can understand the outside ring dusty but interior is no excuses. It really drag down the level of professional and details provided by Caliber to the point of second guessing the decision to use Caliber in the future for insurance or not services.

The repairs are always great But they leave the inside of your car so dirty and dusty The thing is I didn’t drop it off dirty on the inside but get it back filthy inside Like dust in every crack and crevice even on the seats in the AC vents and the floor mats it’s everywhere No attempt from Caliber to clean it up It took me hours to get it clean 🙁

From beginning to end my experience was spectacular! The building was well maintained and easy to find, the entrance was clean, with good lighting and welcoming. People were kind, knowledgeable and professional. Mi hawk kept me posted on the progress from beginning to end also and made everything easy and painless!!! Thank you!!!
