I took my car to a place in Columbia TN in 2024 to have my bumper repaired after a little fender bender in a parking lot. It was done so badly. They did it twice and still didn't fix it properly. I was not taking it back there. I decided to bring it to Caliber to have it done right and you did not disappoint!! My car looks brand new. From the check in process, to keeping me updated throughout the repair process, to the time of pick up ... you were all outstanding! Merrick is awesome and kept me fully informed the entire time.
