They replaced my windshield but their process changed since the last time I needed service. There was a lot of confusion during the setup for me to drop off my vehicle. They also returned my vehicle to me with smudging and prints over my dash, windshield and rearview mirror.

Unless you don't have anything to do and you have an extra car at home it probably will be okay but if you only have one way of moving around it's not good to go to caliber
