After I picked up my truck (it was raining heavy at that time) and had time to examine the repair, I noticed the driver rear corner was loose and had different hardware holding it in place than the passenger side (which had not been damaged). Not all of the necessary parts of the driver side rear bumper corner that were replaced matched the passenger side. I took the truck back in for examination and Merrick noted there were some parts missing. The corner was held up with a loose push pin, while the untouched side was bolted and quite secure. Parts are being ordered to correct the missing parts. This should not have been missed before delivery, especially since I was notified the repair would not be completed early. I was notified that oem parts had to be ordered to correct other mismatches. This was unsatisfactory, in my opinion.
