Because of the multiple missed deadlines for having my car ready within a reasonable time frame and the fact that I discovered a few days after picking up my car that I paid for a part to be installed under my car and it was not done during the month that my car was in the shop. I had to go back to the shop on my own time for a ten minute installation that should have been done when my car was at Caliber for a whole month.
