Ryan was very nice and good to work with. He kept me informed throughout the process and explained everything. The receptionist was very helpful and nice; eager to help. I had to wait at the facility for a while and it was clean and comfortable.

If the back up camera situation works out, then I would recommend. If I experience trouble, I would not. Did I mention that I’m a repeat customer of this location?

About 24 hours after we picked up our vehicle, we noted that the backup camera was not working. Also, there was a round buffer mark on the side where the paint had been repaired-didn’t wipe off. I contacted my rep, Ryan who apologized for the buff mark and further explained that the electronics for the back up camera was outsourced. He advised that I needed to contact my adjuster, and I did so. I was informed that the insurance carrier paid Caliber for repair and even though outsourced, they were to work it out to my satisfaction. Called Ryan back-told him I needed him to arrange further attention. He is willing to assist in getting this scheduled. Hopefully, this will work itself out.

Very disappointed with workmanship repairing my car. Ryan was not helpful in assuming what would be covered by my insurer and more than once pissed me off. No way would I refer Caliber to anyone who wanted quality work and professional communication.

My wife complained that there were scratches on the door. A coupled apeared new. One was pointed out when she delivered the car. They said they would touch it up but didn’t. Then she noticed two other scratches that she believed not to be there before? The front bumper and right panel look great! I think something fell off the work truck that might have made those scratches? It was not repaired?
