Great communication. Good, quality fast work. We feel like they just dropped the ball at the end of the experience. The repairs were done at a different shop than the one we dropped the vehicle off at. When the repairs were finished, they kept the vehicle at the old shop until all payment was worked out with the insurance company. Work was finished on a Thursday. It was the next Wednesday by the time all was worked out with insurance. This is not the fault of the shop. However. It was Wednesday afternoon and had caliber already at least delivered our vehicle back to the shop we were going to pick it up we could have gotten it that day. We were then told that first thing in the am next day the tow truck would come to deliver our vehicle back to the original site. We then found out by calling ourselves that the tow tru k was not even scheduled to pickup the vehicle until noon. I’m order to get our vehicle back on time someone had to drive it over. All of this could have been avoided by simply bringing the car back to the original shop as soon as the work was completed to await release. And would have left us with a very positive view of caliber. Like I said. Everything was great until the end.
