I picked up my vehicle and on the way home a bunch of lights came on and the brakes weren’t working correctly. I was very scared to drive it. It should have never left the shop like that. It had to be towed back to the shop and it took several days to make it right.

When I had the car towed back they were suppose to call me to let me know if it made it to the shop. They didn’t. I called the next day to get an update. They kept telling me it should be done later day or tomorrow. Nothing was clear.

Truck bumper was dented badly and I was told it would be replaced. The dent was banged out instead and repainted. It looks pretty good, but I can still see where dent was. I went over this with Jayme and told her I would probably let it go, but now that I am and can see the truck better in garage, I see either sanding residue or fine primer specs all over the hood and front quarter panels as well as some on windshield. To be honest - NOW I AM PISSED. Two weeks for a front bumper and grill and now the truck looks worse in some respects than when I brought it in. Please have someone call me first thing Monday morning.
