Quality is good but making an appointment to get the estimate is stupid. Also dropping off the truck BEFORE ordering the parts means the customer is wo the vehicle extra days

Delivery was late (11 days versus a week as promised), and final cost was 40% higher than the original estimate with no notification. I was told any cost above $250 of the original estimate would require notification.

Merrick was wonderful! He contacted me at least twice a week or anytime there was a change. There were problems with my door and he made sure it was right before they finish the job. I trust him totally. Therefore, I trust caliber totally. Your employees are who make your business successful and he is a great asset to you! He’s someone I would want to call my friend.
