You didn’t call much but you made sure to update through texts and and calls when necessary. My insurance company only called once during and before my incident. I have suffered a delay and the repair took much longer than expected. Communication was poor and no consideration for the schedule to organize pick up . A piece is still missing after a month and we have found out few hours before pick up.

Merrick took my truck and gave me no worries at all. I was updated constantly on the progress. Even when it went a little over, I was told the mechanic working on my truck, came in over the weekend to get it done.
