I'm very grateful about the services I received from carliber collision center. My had very challenging conditions hower Julie and her stuff made a BIG difference, updating me on every small detail. Apologized for the mistakes the 3rd party made. They even gave me a ride home and this made my day. Up picking up the SEQUOIA, Nathan made sure it's running as expected. My biggest issue is that it took nearly a full week for me to get an appointment just to have the car seen. I had a good experience with the shop, otherwise but being without a car for so long was difficult.

Work was fast and good. Two issues: 1) I was about 20 minutes late for my first estimating appointment, and it was cancelled and rescheduled. I really think a longer grace period is reasonable, even if it means the customer has to wait (which would have been on me). 2) The work was good, except for a minor problem with a door handle not opening, which I didn't discover until a couple of days after I picked up the car. You fixed it while I waited on a scheduled return, which was good, but basic QA would have caught it in the first place. I would still use Caliber for any work I needed.
