The car looks great and everyone was kind and respectful. Communication was excellent! Enterprise rental car…was not as excellent. They originally tired to up-sale me into a more expensive rental car than I had asked for in the survey I was required to fill out for them. Once I realized it was going to cost me money bc of the upgrade based on ‘“not having any budget cars available,” I had to leave work to switch cars (huge inconvenience) to be given a budget car where the previous renter had a CAT in the car so there was white cat hair all over the car’s black interior. It’s a bigger problem than you would think bc I’m allergic to CAT DANDER. I cont. to drive the car bc I didn’t have time to switch cars AGAIN! I’m making you aware of this situation bc I have used Caliber for multiple repairs and picked you over several other choices given to me by my insurance company. If the service at Enterprise doesn’t improve… I may need to start going somewhere else. Please feel free to use my complaints to express your concerns for how their customer service affects your business. Thanks for a great repair!
