My biggest issue is that it took nearly a full week for me to get an appointment just to have the car seen. I had a good experience with the shop, otherwise but being without a car for so long was difficult.

Work was fast and good. Two issues: 1) I was about 20 minutes late for my first estimating appointment, and it was cancelled and rescheduled. I really think a longer grace period is reasonable, even if it means the customer has to wait (which would have been on me). 2) The work was good, except for a minor problem with a door handle not opening, which I didn't discover until a couple of days after I picked up the car. You fixed it while I waited on a scheduled return, which was good, but basic QA would have caught it in the first place. I would still use Caliber for any work I needed.

The door was not put back together completely inside. It is taking days to get the overspray off anywhere from alcohol to grease and wax remover and then cut buffing. I'm not all that sure about the color yet.
